Little Obsession(이하 "스튜디오")은 웹사이트 문의 폼을 통해 아래와 같이 개인정보를 처리합니다.

Little Obsession ("the studio") handles personal data submitted through the website’s inquiry form as follows.

    수집 항목과 방법

    What we collect

    문의 폼에 입력한 이름 또는 브랜드명, 이메일 주소, 문의 내용. 이용자가 직접 입력해 전송할 때 수집합니다.
    별도의 쿠키나 방문 기록 분석 도구는 사용하지 않습니다.

    What we collect: the name or brand name, email address and message you type into the inquiry form, at the moment you send it. We use no cookies or analytics.

    이용 목적

    Why

    문의에 대한 답변과 프로젝트 상담. 그 외 목적으로 쓰지 않으며 마케팅 메일을 보내지 않습니다.

    Why: to reply to your inquiry and discuss a project. Nothing else, and no marketing mail.

    보유 기간

    How long

    문의 처리가 끝난 뒤 1년까지 보관하고 파기합니다. 프로젝트 계약으로 이어진 경우 계약 관련 법령이 정한 기간을 따릅니다.

    How long: up to one year after the inquiry is closed, then deleted. If it becomes a project, the retention period set by contract law applies.

    처리 위탁

    Processors

    문의 메일 발송에 Resend, 메일 수신·보관에 ImprovMX와 Google(Gmail)을 이용합니다.
    이들 서비스는 메일 전달과 저장 목적으로만 정보를 처리합니다.

    Processors: Resend delivers the inquiry email; ImprovMX and Google (Gmail) receive and store it. They process the data only to deliver and store mail.

    제3자 제공

    Sharing

    법령에 따른 요청 외에는 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

    Sharing: none, except where the law requires it.

    이용자의 권리

    Your rights

    본인의 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제를 언제든 요청할 수 있습니다.
    hello@littleobsession.studio 로 요청하면 지체 없이 처리합니다.

    Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@littleobsession.studio.
